There are hundreds of payroll systems available out there, and we believed that all of them could deliver and compute your payroll; however, here are some interesting features of our system that may encourage you to consider us:
- Clean and friendly user interface – You'll gonna notice that the majority of the system's pages and modules contain only one or two buttons.
- Flexible employee groupings – Normally, when creating an employee, you need to select which branch and, under that branch, which department he or she will be assigned to. But what if the employee can be assigned to multiple branches? On Paysilip, we used tags. Tags are used to group or to describe an employee. With the use of tags, it will open unlimited possibilities for grouping your employees.
- Grid scheduling – We have an excel-like grid where the first column is employee names and the top row is the date (suitable for a company with many employees). Just plot the shift to create an employee schedule. During the plotting of the schedule, the system will automatically compute the estimated salary for the selected employees.
- Perfect DTR capture – The system can still determine the Regular hours worked, OT, ND, NDOT, and break times even when an employee has worked for 7 straight days non-stop. Even though that is very rare to happen, that's how we engineered it. The end result is a flawless capture.
- More emphasis on broken-time – When using a FLEX schedule, this means that the employee can have multiples in and out in one day. The system will attempt to automatically detect it if the source is from biometrics. Although it's not 100% accurate, the DTR module is very interactive and informative, so fixing it is a piece of cake.
- Multi attendance and payroll settings – If you have mixed employees, like those with a monthly salary or managerial position, chances are that different labor rules will apply to them. Paysilip allows you to create multiple settings and apply them to specific employees.
- Useful settings – Settings like 5-minutes late grace periods, or 5-minutes late equals 1-hour late, auto-half pay, holiday rules on absences, work crossing holidays, twisting overtime pay, and many more.
- Ultra detailed E-Payslip – The system can send the payroll details through each employee's email or by scanning the QR code on their paystub and visiting the link. It contains details about their payroll, timesheet, DTR, and loans, if any. See an example of E-Payslip.
